There are few Brazilian cultural institutions that can count on professional communication teams or specialized agencies that help them in their mission to connect with the public. Especially in the case of small and medium-sized institutions, the mission of publicizing projects and activities ends up being carried out by people without specific training in communication, and who often accumulate other functions.
This course aims to help these professionals understand the universe of digital communication in cultural institutions and discover techniques and tools to make everyday life easier and promote efficient communication – within each person's real possibilities of action. The course will be based on real and recent case studies, free online tools and practical exercises based on the reality of the participants.
