The 16th Panorama brought together 50 artists and exhibited more than 100 works related to three-dimensional forms. The museum's board also created a Special Room dedicated to the work of Franz Weissmann, one of the great sculptors of constructivism in Brazil, who had won an award a decade earlier at the 7th Panorama, while the 16th edition also included artists Genilson Soares, Hisao Ohara and Valquíria Chiarion.
