All exhibition content is accessible through accessibility resources, such as audio guides with descriptive language, video guides in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language), and accessible publications. The MAM Educational Program also offers tactile materials produced from works in the museum's collection, enabling exploration and enjoyment through multisensory experiences. We also provide noise-canceling headphones for use in the exhibition spaces.
Furthermore, we offer alternative visiting hours for people with sensory hypersensitivity, agoraphobia, and other conditions, aiming to provide a more tranquil experience during periods of lower visitor traffic and with less auditory and visual stimulation. Autistic, neurodivergent, or individuals with specific needs can benefit from this service, which also includes sign language interpreters and audio description resources.
