Formation: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Knowledge of Google Drive is desirable.
Activities to be developed:
- Invoice Entry: Assist in entering and classifying service invoices (NFS-e) and merchandise invoices (NF-e);
- Tax Withholding: Assistance in verifying withholding taxes (ISS, IRRF, PCC – PIS/COFINS/CSLL);
- Document Organization: Digital archiving of invoices;
- Interface with Purchasing: Verify that the invoices issued by suppliers contain the correct institutional data;
- Potential Interface with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: May occasionally assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Open Hours: From 10am to 17pm (30 hours per week), with a 1-hour lunch break.
