Formation: Completed degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management or other courses relevant to the area.
Desirable: Postgraduate degree in the area; Knowledge of Office Package and Integrated ERP System.
Having previous experience in cultural institutions will be an advantage.
Activities to be developed:
- Facilities: Management of the Building Maintenance, Property Security, Firefighters, Cleaning, Sanitation, Ticket Office and various Service and Infrastructure contracts (Air Conditioning, Primary Cabin, Generator, Carpentry, CCTV, Gardening, Garbage Collection, Architecture of the Museum's Exhibition Rooms;
- Contract Management: Monitoring of validity periods, negotiation of indexes aiming at economic balance;
- Management: Preparation of management reports (KPIs, Follow-up, OSs), checklists, equalizations;
- Plays: Manage physical structure projects such as adaptations and regularization of environments and other constructions, physical and financial planning, analysis and control of costs with their respective disbursements and measurements;
- Building Maintenance / Predictive: Coordination of multifunctional teams, establishment of schedules and goals, ensuring the proper functioning of the infrastructure;
- Budget: Preparation and monitoring of the area's annual budget, its variations, projections and results;
- Compliance: Monitoring of legal procedures for issuing Licenses and Permits (Municipality, State and Federation).
Open Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 18pm (flexible hours are desirable).
